Reception Style Buffet

Our reception style menu consists of heavy hors d’oeuvers in four different buffet styles – Deluxe, Supreme, Classic & Southern. We also have varying sized carving station options. Below is a sampling of each menu.  You may also download the menu by clicking on the image to your right.

Deluxe Reception:Olde Towne Catering Menu

  • Carved Tenderloin of Beef served with Dijon and horseradish sauces, rolls and condiments
  • Mixed vegetables off the grill dressed with balsamic vinaigrette
  • Carved melon boats and baskets filled with seasonal berries and fruits
  • Anti Pesto platter with mixed cheeses and French & Italian cured meats, olives & marinated vegetables

Supreme Reception:

  • Carved top round of beef with rolls and condiments
  • “Awesome Blossom” vegetables with homemade buttermilk dressing
  • Season’s best fruit with a warm chocolate fondue

Classic Reception:

  • Grilled chicken breast with a portabella mushroom glaze
  • Burgundy beef tips on buttered egg noodles
  • Layered Pesto cheese torte with sliced French bread

Simply Southern Reception:

  • Buttermilk breaded chicken tenders with honey mustard or barbecue sauce
  • Southern style meatballs in a bourbon-pepper glaze
