Bob began his career in the northeast town of Athens, Georgia at the young age of (16) years old. From his entry level position on weekends to his eventual role of General Manager, Bob earned his stripes at the Athens Country Club…a place where Weddings were a big part of the social scene.

It was the most rewarding part of my job.  Each family made me painfully aware that my reputation was on the line.  The pressure kept me on my toes, and made me who I am!

In the early nineties, Bob was asked to take over the Club Manager position at The Golf Club of Georgia; a very prestigious club in Atlanta.  Bob held this position for over (10) years. After leaving the Golf Club of Georgia he joined the team at Olde Towne Club where he is committed to his clients each and everyday.

Driving home after a wedding knowing that the Bride and Mother of the Bride are very happy; it’s just an unbelievable feeling! That’s why I love Olde Towne so much. Our entire team at Olde Towne Club understands the importance of each wedding…down to the very last detail!

Executive Chef Scott has resided in the Atlanta area since 1989, and has been with the Olde Towne Club since 2007.  Chef Scott has over 30 years experience working in fine restaurants, wine bars and special event facilities in Iowa, Virginia, North Carolina and Atlanta. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1985 and has dedicated his life to making people happy with his culinary creations and artistry.

My extensive knowledge of cultural flavors and styles enable me to tailor our menu to meet a wide range of culinary styles and requests.  My main goal is to provide the customer with food that exceeds their expectations.

With Chef Scott’s extensive baking background, he can also create a wedding cake or dessert table for you that is visually stunning and incredibly fresh and delicious.
