Food & Beverage

We are a fully licensed facility for both food and alcoholic beverages and does not allow outside catering. All food and beverages provided at your event must be arranged through The Pavillion at Olde Towne.  We require the complete menu be submitted to the culinary team no later than (30) thirty days prior to your event. A 20% Service fee and 6% tax will be added on all food & beverages.


A guaranteed number of guests attending and final payment  must be provided to the club no later than (2) two weeks before your event.  The confirmed number of guarantees will be charged.  In the event there are additional invitees for the function, they will be charged at the per person rate as all other attendees.  The culinary staff will prepare food for the guaranteed number only.

Method of Payment

All events will be charged a 10% deposit upon booking.  50% of estimated charges are due no later than (90) days prior to the event.  The remaining balance will be due (2) two weeks prior to the event based on final number of guests.  The client is responsible for full payment should you cancel 30 days prior to the event.

Room Availability

Private rooms are selected and booked based on the number of guests in attendance.  The club reserves the right to change any rooms if the final number of guests significantly changes.
